In my early (1991-2006) years of employment I had a passion for sport and leisure, so it was only natural to work in a health club.

My Job titles always revolved around operations and Health & Safety.
In the late stages of health club management I discovered the passion for team development and training. I further developed my skills to train and assess staff in first aid and lifeguard skills.

This (Jan 2007) is when I took the awesome, but scary, step to become a freelance trainer and assessor.

My practical approach to training and competency comes highly recommended by my clients.

My passion is engaging others to improve their skills and strategies in work and life.
